What is the Computer Science Club (CS Club)?

The Computer Science Club of IUPUI is an official IUPUI club, set up for the purposes as outlined in the constitution (see here) by students at IUPUI, but is for anyone with a genuine interest in computers.

How can I join the CS Club?

Anyone with a genuine interest in computers can join the club. You do not have to be a computer science student, but need to register at IUPUI for 6 credits or more. To join the Computer Science Club of IUPUI just sign up for the listserv by sending an e-mail to majordomo@cs.iupui.edu with "subscribe csclub" in the body (without the quotes).

How much is the membership?

Membership is free! There are no membership fees although some events may require an admission fee due to equipment needs.

Can I give a seminar?

People who are able to give a seminar on a topic that they have good knowledge of can submit a detailed description of the seminar they wish to hold to one of the officers. If it is approved, a room will be booked and the event will be posted on the main page.

How can I send feedback to CS Club?

Being a student organization we care, what our members think. Satisfaction of our visitors is the single most important service we offer. Your comments can help us continue to improve our services. To send feedback, just e-mail one of our officers.

What are the different services provided by the CS Club?

CS Club provides tutoring to CS students with any computer and technology problems that they may be having, to the best of our ability.
CS Club also organizes events, fundraisers, and ideas for the CS community as well as other IUPUI students and organizations on campus.
